Gusto Mio is Italian for "my taste"—a name that reflects our belief that every celebration should feel personal, meaningful, and shared around great food.

Our story begins in the Abruzzo region of Italy, where meals were never just about eating—they were about bringing family and friends together. Around the table, stories were shared, traditions were passed down, and every gathering became a memory.

In the mid-1960s, our family brought those traditions to Canada. Like many Italian families starting a new life, they worked tirelessly while holding onto the values that mattered most. Before long, those values found a home in a humble basement pizzeria, where handcrafted pizzas were made with care and delivered throughout the local community.

What began as a small family passion grew into a lifelong tradition. Decades later, that same passion inspired the introduction of British Columbia's first Piaggio Ape pizza catering experience—bringing the charm, craftsmanship, and atmosphere of an authentic Italian pizzeria directly to weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events.

Today, Gusto Mio proudly carries that legacy forward. Every pizza is handcrafted, baked fresh on-site, and served with the same commitment to quality, hospitality, and authenticity that has been passed down through generations.
